FAQ

Is an electronic signature legally valid?

Yes. A digital signature issued by a Kazakhstan certification authority is in most cases equivalent to a handwritten signature for civil-law documents.

What can be deposited in escrow?

Deal documents: signed contracts, transfer acts, title and reporting documents — originals or encrypted electronic copies.

Who decides that conditions are met?

The confirmation procedure is fixed in the deal protocol: documentary proof of payment, stage closing or another event agreed by the parties.

What does a consultation cost?

The initial review is short and fixed-price. Stage pricing is stated upfront and depends on document volume and complexity.
